What happens after I send a drawing?
| Step | What it involves |
|---|---|
| 1. Send your drawing or sample | 2D/3D drawing (STEP, DWG, PDF) or a physical sample, plus target quantity. |
| 2. Feasibility review | We check whether the geometry, material and tolerances can actually be made, and come back with anything that needs changing. |
| 3. Quotation | Unit price, tooling cost if a mould is needed, and the lead time for your specific part. |
| 4. Prototype / first sample | You approve the sample before any mass production starts. |
| 5. Tooling (if required) | Mould or fixture is made and validated against your drawing. |
| 6. Pilot run and inspection | A small batch is produced and inspected against the agreed specification. |
| 7. Mass production and delivery | Full quantity, final inspection, and shipping documents. |
What should I include in my first message?
Drawing, quantity, material and the standard it has to meet.
Those four are enough for a first quotation. If you do not have a drawing yet, a photo with the key dimensions marked also works.
